I still remember stepping out of the crash site in Dogtown with the Relic humming in my skull. After Songbird purged the corrupted junk data from the Relic, she unlocked a new kind of progression: Relic Points. These upgrades feed on Militech combat data, and they can quickly transform arm cyberware like Mantis Blades, Monowire, or the Projectile Launch System into truly monstrous tools. But earning enough Relic Points is not just handed to you. I had to hunt down eight Militech Data Terminals scattered across Dogtown.

The first terminal I found was close to the northern end of Dogtown Stadium. I walked past the Autofixer terminal where you can buy some of the DLC's new rides, moved beyond the Militech tank and vending machines, then took a smaller staircase under a wall marked K6. The Data Terminal waited inside a small room behind the statues. Simple enough, but easy to miss if you are sprinting.

Then I tackled the corridor opposite Heavy Hearts. After leaving Dogtown Stadium, I took the right-side stairs down to street level and kept going until I saw a concrete staircase roughly opposite the club. I followed the path up, and the terminal was mounted on the right wall. It is a route I had passed dozens of times while doing gigs and side jobs, never noticing the glowing terminal.

Next came the abandoned building opposite Los Osos. I remembered sneaking through this area early in the DLC, racing toward the crash site. This time I followed the ramp up, went straight, and found the Data Terminal on the wall to my left. The building feels like a leftover from Pacifica's decay, but the Militech hardware inside was very much active.

Then I visited the Kress Street hideout. It is not the best apartment in Night City, but it works as a Dogtown base. I took the elevator straight down to the ground level. The doors opened into a small room, and the Data Terminal sat on the wall to the right. Alternatively, I could have used the Kress Street fast travel point and headed further in past the elevator. This one is perfect for a quick Relic Point after unloading loot.

The Barghest Tunnels terminal was much harder. Leaving the Kress Street hideout, I followed the road right until I spotted a gate guarded by heavily armed Barghest soldiers. Barghest may be the most dangerous gang in Night City, and the underground tunnels beyond that gate were packed with enemies. After sneaking or fighting through, I reached a larger room with a sealed control room on the left. The Data Terminal was inside, but the door was locked. With Technical Ability 12 or higher, I could open it directly. If not, the alternative is a hidden grate in the lower part of the room. I crawled through the space beneath the floor and climbed a ladder into the control room. A real test of patience.

Then I headed to the Terra Cognita technology park and kept right to find the ESC Explorer Hall. This one was a combat gauntlet. Hostile scavengers filled the building, backed by a Modified Arasaka MRS-071 Drone, a heavily armed automated machine. I brought my best new Phantom Liberty weapons, cleared the room, and took the escalators left of the entrance up to the second floor. Near a shop, the Data Terminal sat waiting. Honestly, the Drone was more frightening than the terminal hunt itself.

The Voodoo Boys Headquarters was another fight. Near the Luxor High Wellness Spa fast travel point, opposite the station, there is an entrance to their Dogtown base. Inside, hostile netrunners attacked. I pushed upstairs and through the rooms until I found the Data Terminal on the left side of a room, against a supporting pillar. But before I could claim the Relic Point, I had to defeat Ayo Zarin, a netrunning boss with combat Cyberware that lets him dodge ranged attacks and rush your position. A close-range Monowire build solved that problem.

Finally, the Dogtown Tunnel terminal felt like a reward for surviving everything else. I headed to the location on the map, and the terminal was behind a low barricade on the side of the street. No boss, no locked doors, no drone. Just a quiet street-level scan and a Relic Point.

Here is a quick summary of all eight terminals and their main obstacles:

Terminal Location Main Challenge
Dogtown Stadium North end, behind statues under K6 Spotting hidden staircase
Corridor Opposite Heavy Hearts Street-level stairs near club Easy to pass by
Abandoned Building Opposite Los Osos Up ramp, left wall Early sneaking area
Kress Street Hideout Elevator down to ground level Almost too easy to miss
Barghest Tunnels Underground control room Locked door or hidden grate
Terra Cognita ESC Explorer Hall Second floor near shop Scavengers and Arasaka drone
Voodoo Boys Headquarters Left pillar in upstairs room Ayo Zarin boss fight
Dogtown Tunnel Behind low street barricade None

To maximize my Relic potential, I combined these eight Data Terminals with the extra Relic Points Songbird gave me during the story. The new Relic Perks are some of the most powerful toys in Phantom Liberty, especially for arm cyberware builds. If you are in 2026 and still chasing that perfect Mantis Blades or Monowire loadout, these Militech Data Terminals should be your first stop in Dogtown.
